ALL SESSIONS ARE 60 MINUTES 

MINIMUM 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK 
Research shows that committing your body and mind to 3-5 days per week working out creates optimum results. 

  • 72 Session Program-$39/session

This program is realistic in obtaining a lifestyle change. You did not get overweight or out of shape overnight, so understanding and obtaining your personal goal will not be achieved overnight.

  • 36 Session Program- $45/session    
  • 30 Session Program- $52/session
  • 15 Session Program- $60/session
           Individual Training
    • 1 hour $70
    • ½ hour $38

            Group Training

  • $25 per person/hour (minimum persons)
  • In Home Training $75.00/hr

  • Personalized Nutrition Counseling $40.00/session
